CHANGING A LESSON

 

To re-schedule a lesson, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you with a new date or time. The earlier you contact us, the better the chance will be that we have a convenient slot for you.  We cannot guarantee the exact date and time of your request will be available, but we will do our best to help.

If you have already paid for the original single lesson but you give less than 24 hours notice of a date or time change, then you will not be refunded for the original slot - it will be treated as a missed appointment and a full further payment for the new single lesson will be required.

• If you have already paid for a block of lessons but you give less than 24 hours notice of a date or time change, then you will not be able to defer that particular original slot - it will be treated as a missed appointment and you will not be refunded for it. The new slot will be allocated from the remaining lessons in your block. Should you wish to add another single lesson at the end of the block, a full further single lesson payment will be required.

 

• If you have not yet paid for the original single lesson and you give less than 24 hours notice of a date or time change, then payment for the original slot will still be owed - it will be treated as a missed appointment and you will have to pay for both the original and new single lessons.

 

CANCELLING A LESSON

 

You will not be charged a separate fee for cancelling any lesson, provided you spoken with us, or notified us via text or email no later than 24 hours before the lesson you wish to cancel. If you change or cancel a lesson without giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, the full amount will still be owed, or the lesson will be forfeited if it was part of a pre-paid block.
